Operations
AI Automation Specialist
Connect our tools to AI, build the internal systems we run the agency on, and find the work nobody here should be doing by hand as we scale.
About the role
We are a home service SEO agency with a growing client list. Every new client means more reporting, more content, more communication and more admin, and we would rather build systems than hire our way through it. This role owns that.
You will work across the whole business with our strategists, writers, developer and account team, learn how work actually gets done, then connect our tools to AI and automate whatever should not need a person.
What you will do
- Integrate our existing systems with AI, including our CRM, project management, reporting, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Slack and email, so information moves between them without anyone copying and pasting.
- Build internal tools the team uses every day, from report generators and content briefs to client onboarding.
- Design, build and maintain automations, and document each one well enough that someone else can fix it when it breaks.
- Review how each part of the business runs and bring us a prioritised list of what to automate next as we grow.
- Keep up with new AI models and tools, and tell us honestly which are worth adopting and which are hype.
What we are looking for
- A track record of shipping automations or AI integrations that a real business relies on. Show us what you built.
- Hands on experience with tools like Make, Zapier or n8n, and comfort working with APIs and webhooks directly when a no code tool is not enough.
- Working knowledge of LLM APIs such as Claude or OpenAI, prompt design, and how to build around their limits.
- Enough Python or JavaScript to glue systems together.
- You think about the process before the tool. Sometimes the best automation is deleting a step.
- Clear written communication. You will be explaining systems to people who are not technical.
